Refund policy
Every item at Everly & Elm is made just for you. Wrapping paper rolls are printed to order in the size and design you select, ensuring a beautifully crafted, boutique-level experience from the moment you unwrap it.
Because our products are made to order or produced in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. All sales are final.
However, if there’s a problem with your order, we’re committed to making it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us at hello@everlyandelm.com within 7 calendar days of delivery and include all of the following information:
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue (the design must be clearly visible in the photo)
- Your order number and a brief description of the problem
- Your preference of a replacement or refund
If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — no return needed.
(Once approved and initiated, refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider. Replacements follow our current production timeline.)
What We Don’t Cover
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We are unable to provide returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following situations:
- Change of mind or mistaken orders
- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier
- Packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout
- Items reported more than 7 calendar days after delivery, or missing required information for issue review

Please note: Colors may appear slightly different in person due to individual screen settings, lighting conditions, and natural variation. We do our best to show accurate photos, but minor shifts in hue or brightness are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been accepted by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Because our items are printed and shipped quickly, we may not be able to modify an address once an order is in production or transit.
