How long does shipping take?
All wrapping paper rolls are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production, followed by 3–5 business days for standard delivery. Please note that shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may require an additional 7–12 business days.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do not currently offer expedited shipping. Each order is printed and packed individually with care, and we are unable to rush production or delivery. We recommend ordering early – especially around holidays or busy seasons.
When will I receive tracking info?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our studio. If you haven’t received tracking within 7 business days, feel free to contact us.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How is my wrapping paper packaged?
Your paper is rolled and shipped in a recyclable cardboard box designed to protect it from creases or damage during transit.
Can I send wrapping paper as a gift?
Yes! We never include pricing in the package, so it’s gift-ready by default.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our wrapping paper is printed to order or produced in limited quantities, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If there’s an issue with your order, we’re committed to making it right. Please email hello@everlyandelm.com within 7 calendar days of delivery and include all of the following:
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue (the design must be visible)
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
How are issues resolved?
If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — no return needed. Resolution options may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
How long do refunds and replacements take?
Refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Replacements take our usual processing and shipping times.
Can I cancel my order?
Because we begin printing shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.
Are there any situations that aren’t covered?
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, minor color variation, carrier-related delays, or address errors. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us at hello@everlyandelm.com within 7 calendar days of delivery and include:
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue (the design must be visible)
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
What if my package is missing?
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages lost after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
We’re unable to make changes once an order has entered production or shipped. Please double-check your address before placing your order. Packages returned due to address errors may be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.
How long will it take to resolve my issue?
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. If your request is approved, we’ll begin production of a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.
Will I need to return the item?
No returns are required. If your request is approved, we’ll send a replacement or refund without needing the item back.
How Many Gifts Does One Roll Wrap?
How Many Gifts Does One Roll Wrap?
It depends on the size and shape of your gifts, but here’s a general guide:
- 6' roll (30" × 72") covers 15 square feet — typically wraps up to 6 small gifts, 3 medium gifts, or 1–2 large gifts.
- 15' roll (30" × 180") covers 37.5 square feet — enough for up to 16 small gifts, 7 medium gifts, or 5 large gifts.
What counts as a small or medium gift?
Small gifts include books, candles, and accessories. Medium-sized boxes might be board games, shoeboxes, or small kitchen items.
How can I estimate how much paper I need?
To estimate how much paper you'll need for one box:
- Paper width needed = box width + box height + 1–2 inches of buffer
- Paper length needed = (box height × 2) + (box depth × 2) + 1–2 inches of buffer
This gives you the total area needed for that gift. Compare it to the square footage of the roll to estimate how many gifts it will cover.
Is your wrapping paper easy to cut and fold?
Yes - our premium paper is thick enough to resist tearing but smooth and easy to fold. It wraps cleanly around corners and cuts easily with scissors.
What roll size should I choose?
If you're wrapping more than a few gifts or working with larger boxes, we recommend the longer roll. It offers the best value and helps ensure you won’t run short.

Do you offer custom designs?
We don’t offer fully personalized designs, but we love hearing what you’re looking for. You can submit a design request using our Custom Request form. While we can’t guarantee every request will be produced, we review each one carefully. If your idea inspires a new design, we’ll let you know if and when it becomes available on our site.
Please note: Requests may take days or even weeks to explore, and submitted ideas may be adapted as part of our broader collection.
Can I place a bulk order?
Yes — we welcome bulk purchases for weddings, events, and corporate gifting. Bulk pricing is available for orders of 50 rolls or more. To get started, email hello@everlyandelm.com with your details and desired delivery window.
Do you offer wholesale?
Wholesale pricing is available for approved businesses. To inquire, please contact hello@everlyandelm.com with your store name and resale information.
Can I order early for a special event?
Absolutely. For weddings, holidays, or gifting events, we recommend placing your order or reaching out at least 3–4 weeks in advance. We’ll do our best to meet your timeline.

Do you offer a discount for new customers?
Yes — we offer a special code for first-time customers. Keep an eye out for a sign-up prompt on our homepage to unlock your welcome offer. Be sure to use your code before it expires, as some promotions are time-limited.
Where do I enter a promo code?
You can enter your promo code at checkout. If you’re on mobile, tap "Show order summary" to reveal the promo code box.
Can I use more than one code?
Discount codes do not stack — only one promo code can be used per order. However, free shipping on orders over $100 will still apply automatically, even when using a discount code.
How do I find out about future promotions?
Promotions are shared with our email list. Be sure to subscribe — and stay subscribed — to receive early access and exclusive offers. We do not post every deal publicly.

Yes — we offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $100. Your order must total $100 or more after any discounts, not including tax.
