Shipping policy
Every order is packed with care and attention to detail to ensure it arrives just as beautifully as intended. See below for details on processing, shipping, and delivery.
Processing Times
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for us to print your wrapping papers and prepare your items before shipment. Larger orders and peak holiday seasons may require additional time.
Please note: weekends and holidays do not count as business days, so keep that in mind when estimating your ship date.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently offer standard shipping within the U.S. only:

(We do not offer expedited shipping, in-store pickup, or international shipping at this time.)
Order Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order details before submitting.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking updates may be delayed or inconsistent depending on the carrier. If your package appears stalled or missing, please contact us — we’re happy to help investigate.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at https://www.everlyandelm.com/pages/contact within 7 days of delivery.
If your package appears to be lost, reach out as soon as possible so we can assist.
To resolve an issue, we require:
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue – note that the design must be visible in the photo
- Your order number and a brief description of the problem
- Your preference of a replacement or refund
(Once approved and initiated on our end, refunds may take between 3 to 10 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider. Replacements follow our current production timeline.)
If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund (no return required).
